This is best made in a crockpot. Stone soups are a great way to use up leftovers.
3 cups pre-cooked rice (just use your leftovers)
1 1/2 cups pre-cooked diced chicken (just use your leftovers)
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 can corn
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce or other tomato sauce you happen to have on hand
1/2 pound pre-cooked ground beef (just use leftovers)
Hot sauce to taste (I like this stuff: Green Habanero Hot Sauce)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander
Salt to taste
1/4 cup white wine
3 cups water
2 beef bouillion cubes
Cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours.
